   i got a spray from vetuk.co.uk, that kills fleas and dust mites for 12 months!
   Theres one called acclaim, and one called indorex!

   There is something I bought when my son was young. He had asthma bad so i got this stuff called Bissell allergen remover and dust mite killer. something like that. Anyway You spinkle it on the carpet and furniture for 24 hours and then vacuum it up.

   vacuum cleaners 4 U…

   I bought a steam cleaner from this web site and its good.. but its a heck of a lot of effort to use..
   /so to be cheaper.. or save money .. and save time…
   .you can also soak a cotton tea towel.. squeeze out excess water… make sure it is COTTON…
   then when moist put it in the microwave (dont forget about it)/// after a couple of minutes it will be piping hot .. and I mean HOT…
   WEARING RUBBER GLOVES take the very hot cloth and wipe down mattresses or over carpets..etc…. the cloth will KILL everything it touches.. re rinse.. reheat … repeat… then vacuum..
   don’t burn yourself… and always make sure it is WET before you place it in the micro… and also make sure it is not a metallic cloth.. in other words COTTON is the best.. as acrylics will melt… and might damage your oven.. or cause a fire..!!!!!!!!
   for killing dustmites or bugs a hot steaming cloth is FANTASTIC… you are better to steer clear of chemicals as they can compromise your health…
   ONE LAST THING….
   Wash your bedding as normal and hang sheets etc outside to dry if you can.. this will kill all mites…. then give the mattress the hot cloth treatment and a good hoovering… with the vac…
   do the same with your pillows.. hot cloth and vac…

   finally on a nice sunny day just put your duvet and pillows outside in the freshair.. and the sun will do a wonderous job of killing dustmites…

   Buy a mattress cover specifically for people with allergies.
   As far as using chemicals is concerned you should make sure they are safe for people and any pets you may have
