I found tiny little bugs about 0.5-1mm size. At first, I thought these are bed bugs but it seems like they are too small to be bed bugs. I found them mostly on my bed, but I found a few on the carpet and on the window frame as well. I have vacuum, wash all the bed sheet, comforter,even my pillow, and bought the mattress cover to prevent bed bugs but these bugs still appear!!! I am freaking out right now.

If anyone can identify these bugs for me or even better, how to get rid of them that will be great.
The bugs don’t cling on my skin but I do have some bite marks that looks like tiny red/pinkish bumps that feels itchy
