		<description>For sheets, stuffed animals, etc. you can either wash them in VERY hot water once a week or put them in a sealable, plastic bag, making sure to get all of the air out of the bag, and put them in your freezer for at least 24 hours.  For larger items (such as a mattress that you cannot obviously put in your freezer) you can spray it with Febreze allergen reducer, let it set for at least 10 mins. and then using either a vacuum, with a new bag, or a hand held &quot;dustbuster&quot; like item, go over the upholstery of your couch, chair or mattress.  Also dust and have low humidity in your house plus vacuum at least once a week.  </description>

		<description>the best way is s steam cleaner with a detergent like oxy clean- if you don&#039;t have that or want to maintain between deep cleaning- i lysol the item thoroughly then vacuum the living daylights out of the item with a shop-vac- this only slightly removes them- the steam cleaner is best</description>
