For sheets, stuffed animals, etc. you can either wash them in VERY hot water once a week or put them in a sealable, plastic bag, making sure to get all of the air out of the bag, and put them in your freezer for at least 24 hours. For larger items (such as a mattress that you cannot obviously put in your freezer) you can spray it with Febreze allergen reducer, let it set for at least 10 mins. and then using either a vacuum, with a new bag, or a hand held "dustbuster" like item, go over the upholstery of your couch, chair or mattress. Also dust and have low humidity in your house plus vacuum at least once a week.
the best way is s steam cleaner with a detergent like oxy clean- if you don’t have that or want to maintain between deep cleaning- i lysol the item thoroughly then vacuum the living daylights out of the item with a shop-vac- this only slightly removes them- the steam cleaner is best
if its from bedding washing them gets rid of them also u can buy protectors 4 quilts pillow cases and matresses if its a carpet u need 2 steam it and if its cuddly toys u have 2 wash them once a week
