Do not use a mattress cover. It only creates more spots for bed bugs to hide. They will find a way to come out and get you eventually. Trust me! We have tried it before, and did not work.
Also we tried sprays, foggies, bombs, and even exterminators, but none of them worked.
As mentioned, bed bugs are very good at hiding. They came out after a few weeks we treated with stuff above.
To get rid of bed bugs, you need to use Bed Bug Powder. We found it from the site below. It is 100 % safe for humans and animals, and its price is really reasonable.
First of all, you need to wash all the bedding items with HOT water, and use a steam cleaner to kill the existing bed bugs. After dried completely, apply Bed Bug Powder all the cracks and crevices on the mattress.
We have not had any bed bug bites since we started using the powder. And the sale associate of the company told us not to use a mattress cover as well, because of the reason I mentioned earlier.
I was at work last week and I heard 2 women talking about this very thing and they said if you some alcohol in a spray bottle and spray all te beds everyday not only do the bedbugs go away but they will stay away, cant hurt to give it a try and that way you save money on purchasing a new matress and its not costly to remedy the situation.
