What would it take to kill 100% definitively? (on bedding, mattresses, furniture, clothing, et cetera.) Only provide methods that are not harmful to humans and will not destroy the medium the mites are living on. Please give details and documentation! Thanks.

Is it soft or Itchy?
Does it make you really hot?
