I just recieved my allergy bloodwork test results back. I’m allergic to House dust, dust mites, cats/dogs, ragweed, elm tree, birch tree, maple tree, oak tree, bahia grass, bermuda grass, timothy grass. Does anyone have any tips on getting rid of dust mites (or at least preventing them from causing allergies)? I have dust mite covers on my mattress, box spring and pillows. What vacuum cleaners work best? I've been considering a Dyson Animal (because I have cats). Your thoughts?
