   Here is some information I found helpful when I had the same problem.
   Respiratory Infections in Pet Rats!!

   If the rat is sneezing more than usual, listen closely to his/her breathing. If the nasal passages and chest sound clear, keep a very close watch on him/her, but it shouldn’t be necessary to start treatment unless he/she starts acting more tired than usual, or stops eating or drinking. Allergies and dust are also possible causes of sneezing along with stress. I have noticed that many new rats go through a sneezy stage when they first arrive at a new home.

   it may just havre a minor cold. it could also be as bad as pneumonia

   I’ve noticed the same thing with my first rat. When I got my first rat he sneezed a lot! But I’ve noticed that as he got a few months older the sneezing died down. Now I have him a little friend, whose practically a baby. Hes so tiny and cute, but he sneezes a ton! I dont think its a big deal, I honestly think its just something they do until they grow older. It only seems to last a few months. But I wouldnt worry about it unless it gets worse or seems like he/she’s in pain.

   Rats sneeze for the same reason we do – dust, allergies, stress. If it’s just occasional, then she probably just got a little dust up her snout. Could be from the litter if it’s dusty. Could also be your perfume that bothers her.
