Posted by admin as Dust Mite Mattress Covers
I recently found out that I am allergic to dust mites. I have gotten a pillowcase cover, and I will be getting mattress covers soon. I was wondering if getting an air filter or purafire will help take care of the dust mites as well.
I have asthma, so I know not to get one with ozone in it.
What brand would you recommend? Is it even worth getting one?

1Ok I have it to. Yes it will help but do this to go to the store and find pillow cases and a fitted sheet that is 100% allergy. What that dose is when you put it on your pillow it zips up and nothing can get in are out. Same with your bed. Vacuum your bed first. All ways vacuum every day to and then the filter will work better cuz it cant get the mites that are in your bed are on the floor. Just the ones floating around in the air. So if you Vacuum when the filter is on it will suck up the ones that come out. I would recommend one that has a light in it that kills them. It will say on the box what it dose.
