I get these red spots on my hands sometimes. I want to know what they are. They aren’t a wart, I’ve looked at pictures, not even close. I get one or two and the go away within a few weeks. Always on my fingers. But they come back. They are red and hurts if I press on them, they are raised. One is really big right now.

I don’t have sex. I sleep with a plastic mattress cover (so no bed bugs) and it’s winter so no outside activities involving any bugs.

Any derms here?
I don’t know if they are blisters! That is a good question.. but sometimes I get them on the top. How does a blister get there? lol. I would think they were blisters if they were on my feet, but not on the top or bottom of a finger.

I’ve not been using anything new on my hands. I use plain old dove and purell, have forever.
Someone mentioned a hot tub… could hot showers do the same? I have OCD so I tend to take incredibly hot showers for long periods of time. Maybe that is it.
