Sounds like something similar with my boys. It cleared up when we switched to all cotton clothes, blankets and sheets.

Baby's can get what looks like baby acne, and sometimes it's eczema. Usually it ends up going away on it's own. I remember with my boys they had it too, and no matter how much I moisturized their skin or washed their clothes nothing really seemed to help. They just eventually outgrew it.

Sounds like eczema. There really is no treatment to cure this, but using over the counter lotions and creams can help each breakout. Sounds like you have been doing the right thing. She may grow out of it yet, and it is likely that it will move away from her cheeks as she gets older.

Sometimes babies get what pediatricians call "baby acne" it's just their bodies adjusting the hormonal changes since birth. My mom has nine kids, I am the oldest. Sounds like your baby may have this... My mom has used Nivea face cream - no baby lotion on the face, just that stuff. It seems to work out.

Sometimes babies only have it for the first few months, sometimes longer... I'm sure it will clear up. See if the Nivea cream works.
