I suggest getting your place fumigated or just getting his room cleasred out and having a bug guy come and see what is going on and where bugs might be coming in.

I would be very concerned. All it takes is the wrong kid of spider bite and he will be sick.

The two holes were most likely to separate bites....bed bugs or fleas.

Could you possibly take a picture of the bites and post it? About a year ago when I first moved to Texas, my then 2 year old was getting mysterious bites all over him. I took him to the doctor and was told it was everything from a viral infection to hives to an allergic reaction. Then my mom did some research on bed bugs and sent pictures and it was an exact match. Then we actually starting seeing the bugs. We got the heck out of that apartment and left all the bedding and everything. It was a furnished apartment so it was someone previous who had them, yuck. If it's bed bugs, you'll need to get rid of all the bedding and buy all new, and put plastic covers on the furniture. Good luck, put a pic up.
