I know it sounds weird, but it's true. And it usually only gives you temporary relief. Sorry, that's the best I can do. I hope this helps. If you're desperate, this could really help. Take an unopened water bottle, measuere one tsp salt and 1/4 tsp baking soda into the bottle and shake until disolved. Then, pour an ounce or so into a cup and microwave for 5-10 seconds, til lukewarm, NOT HOT! Tip your head back and using a thin tube, pour slowly into one nostril. It will drain down your throat and you should cough it out your mouth. I did this and was disgusted by what came out the first few times. After an hour I could breathe, and in less than a week, my sinus infection was gone, as well as my sore throat and ear infections. By the way, these were chronic conditions that I had taken 3 rounds of antibiotics for!!!! Have not taken any since, still not bothered by allergies.
