So I have 4 cats that I’m unwilling to get rid of because they came long before any guy and they are my babies. Anyway, I have a boyfriend who is allergic to them. He’s not like deathly allergic but enough to make him a bit miserable when he stays overnight. I have hardwood floors and vacuum everyday and I don’t let the cats sleep in the bed when he is over. Does anyone know of any meds/ allergy shots and new products for the house that will make his and my life easier??

3Vacuuming everyday is a good start. If you let the cats sleep in the bed when he isn’t there then you will need to either change your bedding or wash it before he comes over and don’t let the cats on it after you have washed it or changed it. He can speak to a Dr. about his allergies and get something for them. He can also take Sudafed but it makes a person sleepy and isn’t right for everyone so getting something from the Dr. would probably be best. You might want to consider getting a new boyfriend since you aren’t willing to give up your kitties and he can’t help the allergy.
