I hadn’t had this problem before, I would just take my allergy medicine and I’d be fine. I take flonase, I’m allergic to Dust mites and it usually works pretty well. But lately, and IDK why, it hasn’t been working as effectively, I get itchy watery eyes, sneezing fits, etc.
Any ideas why this is happening and how I can fix it?

1Treat causal factors, such as candida, mercury and other metal toxicity, intestinal parasites, leaky gut syndrome, electrolyte imbalances, and thyroid, liver, kidney, adrenal, digestive or immune system weakness.
(one thing i’d like to add here is heavy metal toxicity maybe including mercury or not can cause leaky gut, thyroid problems, kidney problems and other things)
i don’t know if seeing a gp and asking them about these things will do anything.
but i know that naturapaths and herbal doctors have allergy blood testing, igG Food Sensitivity test. they have it in australia. ring and ask before u go to a practitioner. they also have tests for the other things mentioned above. the hair mineral analysis shows what uv been exposed to for the age of ur hair, say six months. but The ‘provoked’ (aka ‘post-chelation’ or ‘challenge’) urine heavy metals test shows what’s stored in ur tissues. medical professionals do not recognise these tests but natural professional doctors do.
Build immunity and general health with supernutrition (fresh whole foods, organic, if feasible, no junk food), adequate rest, and avoidance of stress and environmental toxins.
Adopt a four to seven day rotation diet – good families (e.g., dairy, legume, crucifer, nightshade, mint, heath, alum, etc.( are grouped into distinct days, with no repetition til the next cycle.
Avoid fixed food allergens – possibilities:eggs, fish, nuts, buckwheat.
Prolonged abstinence may make it possible to consume variable allergens spareingly and infrequesntly, or perhaps as part of a rotation diet.
Neutralization may be especially indicated for allergens which can’t be avoided or which cause severe reactions. A dose too small to trigger a response is administered sublingually, or intradermally (with food allergens), several times weekly. Alternatively, enzyme potentiated desensitization uses beta-glucuronidase with the allergen to modify helper/ suppressor T-cell ratios. Homeopathy is another method used, sometimes in conjunction with EAV.
Support digestive functioning, taking into account biotype-based and other contraindications.
that was taken out of a book above. check out the following website,
http://www.herbs2000.com/disorders/1_sym…
check what is written for the ailments allergies and food allergies
go to the chemist and ask what allergy medication they have. i know telefast and zyrtec that they have in australia should help.
