   Your skin cells go through the pillow case and the dust mites gather to eat them. True.

   I don’t know about half the weight, but more than I want to know. dust mites can get through the pillowcase. they get through the sheets. you have to use a special mattress case and pillowcase to stop them.

   yes that is true! even if you do use a pillowcase they can get through there its just something we all have to deal with unfortunately!
   But you can get some vaccum and spays to help a little but not much!
