I never headache before, and I felt it 2 days ago, I thought it was just due to weather and it came back again. I have allergy to dust mites, but I had it super long time and I have taken medicines for it and i dont think it is related.
Anyone had similar experience before and any suggestons?

1I’d suggest seeing a doctor. If the pain is excessive, perhaps sooner than later. Head pain can be a serious cause for concern.

2Take some tylenol or advil also try warm compress…for pain. If it doesn’t go away…see your Dr. to get a cat scan.

4Your are taking medicine that is blocking things in through your cns. When you block something in the cns how many other things can also be blocked, such as pain that might cause a headache? The sharp pain is due to some tight muscles in your back and/or neck. They can transfer pain into those places very easily. Here is how to release those pains:
Back of head:
Place your hands behind your head and put your fingers on the muscles on your neck. Press a moderate pressure onto them and hold it. Now relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After 30 seconds, slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Then release the pressure but hold your head there for one minute longer.
Back:
Place your left hand on your left knee. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and with your fingertips find the muscle next to your spine. Press on it and hold. Relax, take a deep breath and exhale and don’t tense up any part of your body. After about 30 seconds there should be a release happening and when it does slowly lower yourself forward onto your right leg. If you can lean over the outside edge of your leg it will be better for your release. Continue holding for a total of one minute. Then release but rest your body there for one minute longer. Then reverse and do the right side.
You might have to do them a few times a day for a few days so all muscles remember where they should be.
