i have a rash on my thighs,stomach,butt and my arms i do have a allergy to dust mite can this be caused by the?

Possible but could be soemthing else.

What do you do to control dust mites in your home and on your mattress?

You may want to buy some kind of chemical free spray that you can use in your laundry and on yoru mattress to help control them.

The one that friends have used is called Kleen-Free and it seems to help control lots of different insects etc.

It might very well be a dust mite that caused you an allergy symptom. You would want to check out spray and other kinds of treatment for your bed, floors etc..
