1It would be nice if we could redirect that, but it isn’t possible. What you can do is ensure that allergens are kept to a minimum. Use a vacuum cleaner with clean hepa filters. Wear a mask anyway when vacuuming and dusting. Dust on a regular basis, at least weekly. Use allergen resistant bedding and pillow cases.
If you are desperate enough to do it, most drug stores carry a type of pot in which you can place a saline solution and rinse your sinuses. Even during my worse suffering I just can’t do that. Ew. However many people swear by it.
You can use a regular saline solution spray to help with congestion. Be careful using other over the counter sprays like Afrin because they can be addictive.
You can also take an antihistamine to prevent post nasal drip, but too many can cause a rebound effect and you’ll be more miserable than before you started taking them.
Hope this helps.
Edit: I couldn’t think of the name of the pot for clearing sinuses until just now. It is called a Neti Pot.
