   It would be impossible to get rid of them. The only thing you can do is to keep your house clean to lessen them. Getting new hypoallergenic pillows, quilts, duvets, etc. would also help.

This family also includes spiders, chiggers and ticks. Dust mites are hardy creatures that live well and multiply easily in warm, humid places. They prefer temperatures at or above 70°F with a relative humidity of 75-80 percent and die when the humidity falls below 40-50 percent. They are rarely found in dry climates.

   Hey…steam kills them!!!! Get a steam genie or anything that shoots steam out and steam everything…alll fabrics!! Even your mattress! It works!!

   you can wash them in hot water. if its a feather duvet put it in the deep freeze for 24 hours. do this once a week to 10 days. get rid of the carpets if you can, or vacuum often with a hepa filter and the windows open. dust your furniture often too with a damp cloth. get rid of nicknack’s because it is too much dusting.

   usually allergies is due to an imbalanced immune system, do not irritate your immune system more by using chemical sprays to kill them.
