   Dust mites are attracted to dead skin and moisture.

   The CAN be killed by washing in the machine or dry cleaning.

   So best bet is to was clothes frequently, make sure they get dry all the way.

   Make sure you are clean and fresh scrubbed before you put them on.

   In reality there are a ton more in your pillow, matress curtains and carpet. Those are the things you ought to worry about.

   fist change your sheets and when you get a new ones clean them every week end with a clore containing cleaner ,iron them with a very hooooooot iron this will do i think
