I know I’m getting the bites from my bed. I have one on my back, one on my chest, 7 on my hand, 2 on my arm, and two on my head. I cant see any bugs on my matress or my boxspring or anywhere else in the room. So what are these bites coming from and how can I get rid of them?

3Difficult to see with the naked eye but dust mites live in the dust bunnies around the house and bedbugs live in the fabric of beds and linen feeding on dead skin cells. Try dust mopping and mopping the floor periodically and use a Bissel on your mattress. Sort of like dry cleaning. You get the idea.

5They are scabies. Your skin starts getting pimples, but they are not acne, and you get extreme itching at night especially on your hands, and legs..You need to get check by a dermatologist only he can verify this as these animals are almost microscopic and can not be seen by the naked eye. You might need to get a lotion, and the other problem is that you can infest the other people who live with you. Watch your clothes with hot water, and put them in a hot drying temperature for a long time, get rid of your mattress and bed and buy a new one and cover it up in plastic.

6-Everyone- has dust mites. They are too small to bite you, they live on tiny dry flakes of dead skin that fall off you.
Bed bugs are rare these days. I think you can usually see them. They look very much like fleas only bigger.
Of course it could be fleas too, especially if you’ve got pets. In San Francisco a few years ago there was an infestation of fleas that covered much of the city. The city health authorities were warning people not to wear flea collars on their ankles.
If you can catch some bugs, you can get them identified by an entymologist (try the local college or university). Meanwhile all you can do is change your bedding and vacuum.
Oh, Sexy Hoochie (?) says they’re probaby mosquitoes. I hadn’t even thought of that, but she could be right! (But how could you take someone seriously who’s name is Sexy Hoochie? 8^> )
