Do you have a steamer? Steam cleans and sanitizes, You can steam your curtains, bed linens, carpets, floors, etc. I am a steam fanatic!
Ok, to the person who said you get them from not changing the sheets, sure you do. But dust mites live everywhere! Take it from someone who has allergies! Any soft surface is affected, so you need to make sure you address more than just your bed linens.
Steam works.. But so does.. Cleaning your sheets at least once a week.. You need to turn up your water heater as high as possible then wash all the linens on the bed on as hot as it goes.. Then steam the mattress.. this is a really gross question considering you get them from Not Changing and Cleaning the sheets regularly!!
