   I don’t know about the enzymes but you can strain peppermint leaves to make a concoction of a spray. Peppermint is also available in oil form but is not recommended for cleaning or spraying onto cloth/furniture. I would vacuum often and toss pillows or bed covers into the dryer for about 40 minutes that will kill any mites that mite be in your pillows and stuff.

   i do not know the answer to the question as you ask it however i do knor of a powerfull vacume cleaner with a shampoo system for geting rid of dust mites it is the new Kirby ultamate diamond edition the company may be contacted at http://www.kirby.com they will even give you a free demenstration with no obligation to buy and clean up spots and stains out of your carpet. but this is the best system i have ever seen.also they use alergen reduction shampoo so if you have alergys like i do this is a great thing to have.
