Spray a combination of a less expensive Lavender Oil, (available in Supermarkets) on your carpets and around corners in your house. Dust mites, spiders and creepy things hate it. When you dust, use a wet cloth with water and Lavender mix.

Also, roll up little bits of cotton, soaked in Lavender and put in your drawers and cupboards.

Can't help with the bedding, but you can spray combination of Lavender Oil and water on your mattress. Don't soak it.

I would check out the ingredients in the cleaning products before spending money. They may be a contributing factor.

If you have dogs and cats, bath the dogs in water with a little Tea-tree Oil and rub it on their collars. Put collars on the cats too and rub Lavender oil or Tea-tree oil on the inside of the collar.

Don't use goose-down of feather pillows or duvets.

We really need to be aware of the stuff they are putting in cleaning products, and research it.

If you are going near grasses, get some real Aromatherapy oil, mix a few drops with water and try rubbing it around your eyes (DON'T put it too close to your eyes and only two small drops with the water).

Also, I suggest you see a Nutritionist, to see what foods can boost your immune system.

If Prince Phillip (the Queens husband) can say in an interview, that when he dies he would like to come back as a 'killer virus', to eliminate most of the population, it gets one thinking, what the top people are really putting in our food etc.

You can try to make your bedroom allergy proof, but without a few essentials, that may be hard. No carpeting, rugs only if you wash often, curtains (use shades), no pictures hangings on the wall (dust collectors), special sheets set (bottom, top & pillow cases) + box spring cover. You shoud wash these things every week or at the least, every 2 weeks. No open windows (that's why they recommend air purifiers) as pollens & other microparticles come in from outside. Lacking that, I would recommend an air conditioner. It pretty much looks like a monk's cell rather than your bedroom. And yes, they do carry cleaner for dust mite. I use it in my wash to kill them since I have delicate sheets that uses only cold water.

Try the Natural Allergy Supply website and check out cleaners as well as bedding.

I left the same answer for "Traveler" on his question-
Increase food allergies.

The information in the book are adverse and NO doctor will agree. But we (my family) have utilized the book and cleanses for years with very positive results.

Things your doctor will not tell you.

Have you ever tried to use a garden hose that had been filled with stone or marbles? Even with the water on the highest pressure, you will only get a trickle of water out - Right.
Our Liver does something similar. But instead of stone or marbles it is gall stones that have not calcified yet. They will not show up on an x-ray. Our liver filters toxins out of the foods we eat and eventually get stopped up like a garden hose full of stone or marbles.

The book listed below is a rather technical read, but I have utilized the processes many times even on my 10 yr.old son.
Check it out. You are welcome to email me with further questions or discussions.

Keep some fabreeze allergy spray with you. I had allergy shots for 4 years, about 20 years ago and I am just now getting some of those nasty itchy eye problems. They didn't help with the chemical or food allergies though.
