From my experience, bed bug come when our room damp. Sometimes we think that the room is dry but when we check under the bed, any wood furniture, curtains or pillow, maybe there are damp area. Another factor is because lack of sun in the room. What you can do is that terminate all the bugs and make sure the room is dried enough and have enough sun light.
