I have used it successfully but the stain was where my grandson peed through a diaper so it wasn't a whole pee. I don't know how well it will work if the bed is terribly saturated. It can't hurt to try before getting a new mattress. Just saturate the stained area and blot. You may need to wet the entire surface to avoid a water ring. The rest doesn't have to be as wet as the stain. Just enough to keep from having those yellow water ringed edges. Give white vinegar and water a try.
