So it turns out I am allergic to everything, even dust mite poop! I found a dust mite cover on ebay and am not sure if its just easier to wash my bedding once a week rather than spend money on more crap.

the dude that did my allergy testing gave me adds on what I should buy, I thought this was weird, like he gets a percentage of sales of bedding covers.
have you used these? and what do you think?

1If you can't wash them every week give them a good shaking or an airing. Pehaps change the sheets a couple of time a week.

4Hey gurl….since the mites and their business come from the mattress, you probably do need the dust mite mattress cover….I wouldn't get one off Ebay though. It does sound like your doctor gets a cut off every one they sell. Go someplace he didn't recommend, hahaa
