   When I first saw this science show about dust mites and how they look under a microscope it really did freak me out. We drop all of these dead skin cells and that’s what they eat. How disgusting! It took a while for me to get over it and I had forgotten it until now!!!

   Don’t worry about it, just think of it as being all natural. The worrying about it will make you sicker than the bug will.

   Yes, that’s why I change my sheets once a week. I spray the mattress with Lysol, plus I vacuum it. The thoughts of bed bugs scares me!! eww =)

   Not to worry..See a doctor you have bad rashes or allergies other wise just know they have been with the human race since the beginning of time…

    It’s a natural occurence and nothing to worry about. Do like I do and go lysol spraying crazy. It puts the mind to ease.

    I don’t think of those things because if I did, I wouldn’t be able to sleep and my sleeping issues are bad enough! In fact, why did I answer this question because now I will start to think about it!!!
