If you think you can comfortably sleep on the single bed for much longer then stick with it. However, if it was me, I'd talk to my Mom about it. Just approach her softly and show her how it is when you sleep. Since it's so costly, you could suggest to her that it could be an early birthday gift, or something along those lines. I think its kind of bad to sleep on a bed that's too small for you, just explain to your mom that it will be a good investment and something that'll you keep awhile. Good luck!
