I’m allergic to dust mites and everyday my nose is stuffed and it’s really hard to breathe. I find it harder to breathe through my mouth, basically I’m a nose breather.
I was just wondering if dust mites live in jeans?

Is it a waste of time to spray my mattress with hydrogen peroxide between sheet changes? I’m trying to cut down on allergens in the bedroom and I wanted to know "does hydrogen peroxide kill dust mites on a mattress"?

Putting CORTANE or ZOLENE in the ear keeps them out. Putting GOLD BOND medicated powder keeps them off the legs. What else can I use.
