I have had allergies most of my life but up until about a week ago I couldn’t sleep because my whole body (mainly my back, neck, and shoulders) wouldn’t stop itching. I have had the same bed sheets for years. I recently found out my mom got a new laundry detergent so I went out and bought a different kind that was hypoallergenic but it didn’t really help after a wash in the new stuff. I have 2 dogs that sleep on my bed every night and they don’t seem to be bothered by it. I don’t really have any rash or hive because of this so I don’t think its any type of bug. What can be causing this? or how can I fix it?

1Do you have a pet? If so they might carries fleas. Fleas will bites you and give you alot of red bumps and itching.

2You may be allergic to your laundry detergent. my sister had this problem until we changed the detergent. make sure you change your sheets weekly and change detergent. good luck!

3Make sure your sheets are being washed in water that is at least 130 degrees F to ensure that dust mites are being killed. You should also wrap your mattress in an allergy cover.
