I already have a hypo-allergenic pillow and an allergy zipper-case to cover the pillow, now I just need a pillowcase. I’ve read that silk is good. Or would an Egyptian cotton be better?
I would try satin. It is slippery and the dust mites should not cling. Also get rid of as much carpeting you have in the house and ornaments better known as dust collectors. If all else fails you can have allergy shots.

4get new hypoallergenic pillows. wash them every 3 months or so. you won’t be able to keep the dust mites away. the biggest culprit is your mattress.
