Clean everything with Borax. Sprinkle it on the mattress and carpet. Wait a hour, then vacuum. Wash and dry all bed covers, pillowcases, and any clothes that you have worn to bed.
they make bed-bug proof covers that we had to use in the dorms at my school. they are made out of plastic-like material…if you do have bed bugs i would suggest washing EVERYTHING in your room because they get everywhere!
