   this is a very common problem i always hear of. Everyone in my country almost has this problem but they are used to it. ( weired huh?) well, you have to take your mattress and leave it out on a very sunny day. washing it wont help. you have to put it under the sun the whole day. and they will all die you can count on it. everything you have clothes, dressers, mattress, just leave them all out in the sun for a day and you should see a change.

   I would just sleep on the air mattress until you move.

   Bed bugs are quite torturous and incredibly hard to get rid of. I, too, have bed bugs, but I live in an apartment, so (luckily) the landlord is paying to have pest control people come in to take care of the problem. I have read online that it often takes 2 or 3 visits from pest control people to finally get rid of all the bed bugs/eggs. It does sound like you are doing everything right, so I am sorry that you continue to have this problem.

   In terms of moving, I hate to say it, but I would buy a new bed (matress, box spring, frame, sheets, comforter, pillows) and dispose of anything else that you visible see bed bugs (dressers, couches, chairs, etc.). I know that this is a costly solution, but if you transport them to your new house, then you are just going to have to pay for pest control (which is also very costly).

   The problem is your clothes are redepositing the bed bugs back to your room wash all your clothes in hottest water they can handle and two cups of White Vinegar added to the wash do not add any detergent to this treatment set washer on full cycle, do not add any fabric softner or dryer sheets to the dryer as vinegar will clean and soften clothes and it is gentle to your clothes and colors, vinegar will also whiten whites if line dried in direct sunlight if you are line drying colors do not dry in direct sunlight

   Spray your mattress and boxspring with undiluted vinegar and leave uncovered and unmade with sheets for several hours also wash those mattress covers and boxspring cover and don’t return them to the bed, experts say those covers do not work also vacuum your mattress and boxspring before replacing your just washed sheets, make sure to thoroughly vacuum your floors before making your bed after treatment Good Luck !

   I was told that you have to get rid of everythng you own that is cloth like. couch, chairs, love seats,beds, carpets, ETC. This is really sad, my heart goes out to you. GOODLUCK DEAR

   According to a "pest control operative" (well, mainly he catches rats for the council) we know socially, apart from the thorough washing etc you’ve obviously done, the main thing is a thorough vacuum of the entire bed and its surroundings every day WITHOUT FAIL. This will eventually break the bugs’ life-cycle by nobbling the adults to stop them laying eggs and nobbling the eggs before they hatch into adults.

   This is from a man who by the nature of his job ends up bringing all sorts of things home if he isn’t careful, so I’d guess he knows what he’s talking about.
