Something is biting me when I sleep. It gets under the covers, under my clothes. I cleaned my bedroom, had the blankets washed. I checked the mattress and the area carefully. I could not find anything.
There is one bite each time and the bite fades within an hour.
There are bed bugs in my building – some of the neighbors have had them.
I looked on websites about bedbugs, the bites I get don’t look like bed bug bites – but I am not sure.
What else could be biting me? I wish I would find the bug.
I hate to use poisons.

1In addition to using the hoover like one poster said you could also mix a spray bottle with 1 c water, 1/4 c baking soda and 15 drops of tea tree oil. Mist the mattress and allow to air dry. The baking soda kills odors and the tea tree oil will kill germs. Wash the bedding in hot water. If it can’t be washed in hot water because it will damage then seal it into a zip loc bag and keep it in the freezer for 24 hours.

2You need to hoover your matress and carpet. Make sure you go all over it, this should get rid of bed bugs. After you have finished, take your hoover outside and empty it outside. Tie the dustbin sack as soon as you have emptied the hoover into it. Then, clean out the hoover using some disinfectant spray (not liquid or water though). Make sure you have washed your sheets, duvets, duvet covers and pillow cases on the hot cycle
