It is said that millions of dust mites may reside in our pillows or beds. Does that mean that our faces or skins are also covered with creeping dust mites?
you can put your pillows in a dryer ( not hot) and toss them for a minute or 2 to get lots of the dust mites off.
There aren’t that many dust mites on our bodies – it isn’t their natural place. they want to be in the places where teeny tiny pieces of skin fall or rub off.

3well….yes. but it’s best to get specially made covers for mattresses and pillows for dust mites as well as and air purifier.
