Are my shirts full of dust mites?

my matress is most probably full of dust mites.i can change the matress but i cant throw all my shirts away.
what should i do?

are you talking about bed bugs or dust mites because dust mites are everywhere and you can never get rid of them its just a fact of life

bed bugs on the other hand bite and yes you would have to throw away anything that came in contact with them

dust your house and get someone to clean your air turrents in the house!

just wash your shirts, let soak overnight as far as your mattress, if bed bugs are there it could be a major problem— vacumn your whole mattress then look for them in between the seems– if you need to get a new mattress, make sure you buy a mattress cover that zips then you will be covered.
I know you asked about dust mites, but I think you met bed bugs–didn’t you?
